young adults. Around 85,000 people in the UK have MS

whose life is touched by MS.

Make
a Wish
Mission Statement
To grant the wishes of children and young people aged 3 to 17 living
with life-threatening illnesses and raise the funds necessary to
grant those wishes. In doing so, we operate to the highest ethical,
legal and professional standards so that families choose Make-A-Wish
to grant their child's wish and medical staff and supporters hold
Make-A-Wish in high regard.
Make-A-Wish Foundation®
UK has no cures to offer and all too often some of our endings
are sad, but during desperate times when there seems to be no hope,
Make-A-Wish steps in and provides positive, and uplifting relief.
Most of all, a wish granted brings a time of magic and joy, for
the special children and the families we serve.
Make-A-Wish Foundation® UK has granted over 4,000 very special
wishes since 1986. Originally formed in Phoenix, Arizona in 1980
there are now over 30 affiliates throughout the world
Please give generously to the raffle and
support the sponsorship forms which will be around I'm sure. This
is a very worthwhile cause with a very powerful Folk public image.
