Simon and Rosalind have a deservedly large following in their native Devon and are now travelling up and down the country finding equal success with national audiences. Their repertoire consists of ancient ballads played alongside self written material . Blending poetry, joy and passion in uniquely crafted songs, the duo fuse their voices together weaving in and out of the unusual and rich guitar harmony and creating by turns a joyful or yearning beauty with an undeniable power that speaks to the heart and mind.

Barronbrady’s debut album Somewhen recorded live in the studio successfully captures the intimacy and unadorned magic of their performances.

I really am so lucky!! If I find someone I like I just invite them to Miskin. I met these two gems at one of my, now all too infrequent, visits to Llantrisant Folk Club. They sang - I felt the eyes water and knew it was another Miskin must.
